Follow-Up Nutrition Counseling

Service Description

This service is only available to clients who've completed their 75-Minute Nutrition Assessment. Nutrition counseling sessions are here to guide you through the implementation process of your nutrition plan. Sessions are designed to assess current progress, discuss and strategize around barriers, and provide additional education, resources, or "food" for thought. Counseling may take the form of a phone conversation, a video or internet chat through my HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record (EMR) Healthie, or an exchange of emails -- whatever your preferred method of communication.

Cancelation Policy

For cancellations, please contact me at wholewholesome@gmail.com 24 hours before our appointment if you wish to have 100% of your payment refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours result in a 50% refund on service purchased.
